TMI Solutions (Total Midstream Integration) Is a field staffing services company serving oil and gas construction projects throughout Texas. This company was founded to serve a massive knowledge gap in project construction management. Expert level personnel were retiring at a rate that the industry couldn't re hire fast enough to fill. The younger less experienced staff the owner/operators could find did not have the expertise to run projects at maximum efficiency. In oil and gas, safety is paramount with profits as a close second. Experience is key in in order to keep projects on schedule and therefore on budget, safely. TMI filled this gap with high priced "special forces" who could come in, lead, train up, and either leave or stay on for the lifecycle of a project.
