Residences at the Broadmoor
The Broadmoor Development Company was formed to develop and sell two real estate projects at the world famous Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs, CO.
Challenge- To raise all costs for construction through presales, before breaking. This is unheard of in the commercial real estate space.
The effort launched with a custom publication called Broadmoor Living. Within a week of mailing this publication, several units were sold from the lifestyle depicted in the magazine and in office floor plans.
Then came the private offering. An exclusive invitation to come and be considered as a future owner. This effort exploded sales with many investors purchasing multiple units.
There was also in room marketing as the Broadmoor guests were the perfect target captive audience.
The marketing materials for this client were incredibly unique, high end and personalized.
The project sold out completely before the second phase was started.
