Western Warehouse

Challenge- Western Warehouse was a somewhat tired and stale retail chain in the collective mind of consumers. A regional company with a long historical presence, they had a conservative stance and were not open to change. Apparel sales were down across the board, but- they were selling more hats and boots than any other western retailer in the region.

It took a great deal of trust for such a conservative organization to consider a brand position this bold, but when the campaign launched, it received more PR value than our entire media budget. 

It also immediately repositioned the account in the minds of consumers as a cool, truly western brand that understood and respected their core consumers. Once the client embraced the success of this fully, they included huge in-store displays, radio, television, outdoor, web and more. They literally covered the west.
